The initial concept for this project is to create a new environment for art, which would in turn generate a separate world that shines inside and out. This space is not only a new cultural center for the city, but also an environment in which various types of art can be showcased in the indoor gallery, bookstore, library, or cafe. The project also provides spaces for just "hanging out," such as the covered courtyard and the garden, which is connected to the main gallery space. These spatial arrangements allow for the connection and division of the stage and audience, foyer, winter garden, covered courtyard, and the water garden.
The urban design for the New Theatre allows for different configurations to occur, whether it is for strictly theatrical productions, which take place with the involvement of Krzysztof Warlikowski, or other artistic and cultural events. Undoubtedly, the design and layout of the project allows for an endless possibility for the creation of a new center for creative and commercial uses.
