The SPA complex, with its hotel part Sea Magic (about 140 rooms) in Sopot belongs to the network Legend Hotels. The project is going to be the Legend Hotels debute on the Polish Baltic. It combines the health resort and commercial functions of a luxury Wellness SPA.
The objects fits ideally into the coastal space of the Sopot sea resort, harmoniously joint into the landscape around. Through the use of a whole range of natural materials and motifs (rocks, ponds), the building alludes at village architecture among dunes and moraines, as well as creates for its guests an atmosphere of peaceful relaxation.
The irregular horseshoe form of the building, of a rectangular system, opens onto the sea, the promenade and quay with its restaurants functions as well as water SPA devices and the welness sessions rooms. The dune-and-rock landscape literally flows through the building, which, with its simplicity, wood-covered elevations and large window panes, alludes at Scandinavian modernism.
The terrace with the swimming pool situated on the roof of the central part of the building gives an impression of infinity and itegrates this luxury object with the seascape.
