The author’s project by DiM has allowed to gain triple value of the applied program in relation to the original obligatory conditions for development (rigorous limitations on the height of buildings in the localisation at the feet of the Warsaw Scarp with St Ann’s Church and the Royal Castle).
The proposed geometry of development with the hall/passageway above the historical Lindley’s collector has allowed for significant valorisation of the University lot.
