Grand Projects

Czesław Bielecki's article entitled "Why There are no Grand Projects" was published in the Saturday edition of Rzeczpospolita (December 8-9, 2007; Plus Minus addition). In the article, the author presents his definition of "grand projects" and their elemental qualities. Additionally, the article diagnoses the issues related to the creation of grand projects within Polish reality and searches for ways to improve the current situation.
