Housing estate with 25 houses (semi-detached, row houses, and villas) standing along two roads on a 1 hectare plot, close to Janki junction Mall. The urban design was composed along the two interconnected lines. One of them ending, with circular square. The clients demand was to achieve high density and interesting public space with modest middle-class standard of the houses.
